Rooted in practice

There is a wealth of knowledge across Nordic farms, kitchens, communities, universities and institutions, but too often these worlds operate separately. We want to help bridge them. Our work starts with practical farmer education and knowledge exchange and will grow through field days, workshops, professional education and collaborative projects connecting people working across the food system. The goal is not simply to talk about food-system change, but to create places where knowledge can be shared, tested and put into practice.
